**Core Responsibilities**
+ **Retail Planning:** Own a subset of the LEGO® portfolio and lead item-level forecasting for consumer sales and shipments, ensuring the best possible product availability.
+ **Demand Planning:** Consolidate and roll up demand plans, considering sales actualisation and forward-looking cycle-on-cycle changes to optimize forecasting accuracy.
+ **Reporting & Analysis:** Dive into data to uncover insights that improve forecast quality, reducing Item Mix Error. Use a mix of self-generated reports and BI tools to support smarter planning.
+ **Collaboration & Coherence:** Work closely with global team members across regions, presenting key data and findings to align on the most effective plan.
+ **General Support:** Contribute to the team’s success by handling key monthly reports, preparing presentations for leadership, and keeping partners advised.
+ **Project Involvement:** Be part of our journey toward next-generation planning tools and technology, supporting the implementation of new solutions that drive our future success.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
Our Retail Planning team operates across four locations—Enfield, Shanghai, London, and Billund—and is responsible for the global demand plan for LEGO®-owned stores and online channels.
In this role, you'll help ensure we continue to delight our shoppers by having the right product, in the right place, at the right time!
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Strong experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
+ Previous demand planning experience, ideally within a retail environment
+ A phenomenal teammate who thrives in a global, cross-functional setting
+ Analytical mindset—able to identify patterns, extract insights, and translate data into impactful recommendations
+ Shows a proactive attitude and passion for problem-solving
+ Quick learner, able to work independently and lead priorities optimally
+ Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
+ Experience with o9 Demand Planning/Retail Planning solutions is a plus but not required
