The retail planning and analytics team’s purpose is to drive exceptional performance through actionable plans and insights; empowering people to unlock the best experiences in retail. The team is directly responsible for retail sales, labour, and headcount plans in North America and leads the retail reporting and insights function to support stores and SSC leadership.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
You will support with creating sales, labour, and headcount plans for all locations in North America, leveraging both machine learning forecasts and more traditional methodologies. This includes:
Conducting data analysis to support planning and forecasting activitiesDevelop and maintain planning models using Excel and other toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze dataIdentify trends and provide recommendations to improve planning processesProvide support for cyclical Budget/AOP/strategic planning and initiative planning and consultationAssist in the preparation of planning reports and presentations for leadershipqualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field2-5+ years of experience in a planning or analytical roleProficiency in Excel and other planning toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skillsmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
