AG Warehouse supports and services dairy / pasture customers along with regional horticulture, cropping, sheep, beef and lifestyle market segments. We present customers with a wide range of merchandise and fertiliser options along with agronomic services.  

How you will make contributions that matter 

Join our friendly and growing team as a Retail Sales Assistant in Numurkah, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.Processing point of sale (POS) transactions.Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.Performing general banking tasks.Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks.

About you 

Experience in an administrative, retail, or similar role.Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships.Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential.Availability to work business hours Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning shifts from 9am-12pm.Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and online banking.Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
