You’ll bring the heated tabacco experience to life by understanding customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and ensuring a world-class retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and educate adult customers about heated tabacco and other smoke-free products Demonstrate product features and provide hands-on guidance to new users Build strong relationships with customers and achieve daily/monthly sales targets Support store operations — ensure cleanliness, visual display, and brand compliance Manage inventory and assist in after-sales service and customer care Uphold brand standards and represent heated tabacco positively within the community
