THE JOB:
As a Retail Sales Associate at the Aria Pool, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, providing seamless checkouts, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING PAY: $17.00 hourly
THE SCHEDULE:
Pool Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday - Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Interact warmly with all guests, applying our SHOW Service Basics program, to create memorable WOW Moments
Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer tailored product recommendations, drive sales and complete transactions within the POS registers
Deliver exceptional service to guests by utilizing problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and prioritizing guest safety
Professionally market general merchandise and fashion items for men and women, including swimwear, beverages, and snacks
Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment by maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and consistently replenishing the floor from the stock room
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Work Conditions: Ability to work outside in different weather conditions.
Experience: Prior customer service experience in a retail setting
Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
Resort/Casino Experience: Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
