Retail Sales Experience Manager

The Retail Sales Experience Manager is responsible for the team which oversees Nemacolin’s all associate activity in the retail department – including but not limited to: overall staffing, schedules, guest and product sales training, store supplies, etc. The Retail Sales Experience Manager will ensure all store operations are compliant and store standards are followed including merchandising, organization, and guest service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Guest Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding internal and external guest service, mentoring associates to enhance the guest experience. Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives to consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs while fostering strong client relationships. Sales Associate Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for sales associates to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Positive Team Culture: Foster a culture of positivity, proactivity, and productivity, cultivating a team that thrives in a luxury environment. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, training, and guest relations. Industry Trend Analysis: Analyze industry trends and stay informed about current fashion to implement effective sales strategies that capitalize on market opportunities. CRM Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on CRM efforts, focusing on guest outreach and data capture to enhance repurchase rates. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational compliance, conducting regular audits of products and personnel. Financial Management: Oversee budget creation and financial goals, responding to daily financial reports with actionable feedback. Communication and Coordination: Act as the point of contact for visiting stylists and media, facilitating effective communication across departments. Critical Thinking and Time Management: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, advanced decision-making, and outstanding time-management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and complex problems in high-pressure situations while maintaining confidentiality Other job duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

High school diploma or GED required; Associates’ or two-year degree preferred in Retail, Fashion Merchandising or related field. 1-2 years’ experience working in Retail in a leadership capacity. Must possess an outgoing personality and knowledge of superior customer service training. Must be at least 18 years of age. Candidate must have the ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to speak English fluently. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions. Knowledge of and ability to operate Microsoft Office Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Proven track record of staff development and retention. Demonstrates interpersonal sound judgment and decision-making skills in directing administrative tasks, using discretion when necessary, understanding the potential impact on the department. Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry no more than 5-50 lbs. Ability to stand continuously for 95% of shift, operate equipment for 15%, kneel for 20%, bend for 50%, climb for 35%, and drive for 40% of their scheduled shift.
