\nJOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tResponsible for selling services and products to retail customers.\n\tProvide professional appearance and service level to all customers.\n\tManage customer calls and assist with inquiries.\n\tSchedule customer appointments.\n\tHandle billing in the computer system in a timely fashion.\n\tOrder tires and parts as needed.\n\tMaintain the customer showroom.\n\tHandle payroll for your department.\n\tAssign technicians jobs.\n\tHandle disciplinary actions.\n\tManage schedules for your employees based on department needs.\n\tHandle new hires for your department with paperwork and onboarding.\n\tMaintain OSHA guidelines.\n\tOther duties as assigned.\n\n
\nOTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tOther duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.\n\n
\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tHigh School degree or GED required.\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tAbility to work in a fast paced, demanding environment. \n\tTire/service knowledge.\n\n\n\n\tMust be able to work independently and also in a team environment.\n\n
