The objective of this role is to promote the visibility and availability of products based on planogram and merchandising principles by supervising the Merchandising team.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise the team of merchandisers in Tehran and KarajVisit merchandising routes and control quality.Review merchandising routes to make sure that top outlets are covered in the defined routes.Define and control monthly targets and KPIs for merchandisers.Evaluate the performance and target achievement of each merchandiser.Report competitors' activities and all information and statistics required by the company.Provide performance reports, and propose and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

At least a high school diploma.3 to 5 years of experience in related positions.Intermediate level of MS Excel.Strong proficiency in planogram and merchandising principles.Familiar with customer relationship management.Reporting skills.Team management and empowerment skills.Problem-solving skills.
