Retail Sales Speicalist B

Mukliteo, WA

Contract Position

$16.82-$21.15/Hour

Responsibilities:

Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.Deliver excellent customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases and handle merchandise returns.Prepare and process customer store orders and freight, including inter-store transfers and markdowns.Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory preparation.Respond to emails and communications from customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED combined with 1+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Key Skills:Ability to pass credit checkProficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail processes.Ability to maintain stock organization and support inventory management.Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
