Position Summary:

This position is responsible for cashiering, merchandise sales and maintaining the store’s appearance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

Responsible for cashiering, merchandise sales and maintaining the store’s appearanceMaintains displays and ensures that the merchandise is kept neat and orderlyRotates and replenishes merchandise

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains a general knowledge or products being soldAssists customers with general knowledge of Mohegan Sun

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Basic mathematical skillsMust be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-taskKnowledge of products sold throughout the Convenience Center

Training Requirements:

Previous cashiering experienceKnowledge of Micros system

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
