Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: + Responsible for cashiering, merchandise sales and maintaining the store’s appearance + Maintains displays and ensures that the merchandise is kept neat and orderly + Rotates and replenishes merchandise Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Maintains a general knowledge or products being sold + Assists customers with general knowledge of Mohegan Sun Minimum Education and Qualifications: + Basic mathematical skills + Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: + Good written and verbal communication skills + Ability to multi-task + Knowledge of products sold throughout the Convenience Center Training Requirements: + Previous cashiering experience + Knowledge of Micros system Physical Demands and Work Environment: + Must be able to stand for extended periods of time + Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
