Where: Gillingham, ME7 area.  

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team with an immediate start!

Hours: On average 32 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 4 days out of 7, Monday to Saturday 09:30am -17:30pm & Sunday's 10:00am - 16:00pm. 

Salary: £11.44 per hour.

About the role:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. Providing a visible deterrent within the store. Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements. Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

About you:

Excellent communication & customer service skills. Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one. A full five-year checkable employment history.
