SUMMARY 

We are looking to add a Retail Customer Service Representative to our team at Renewal by Andersen in Northborough, MA.  The primary focus of this position will be on providing top notch general customer service for delivery partners and or RbA customers. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO sales and service, of limited complexity and variety. Perform administrative tasks associated with job. Answers telephone and receives visitors; determines nature of business and directs individuals to appropriate staff or supplies information. Sorts, alphabetizes, and files correspondence, forms, records, reports and other materials according to filing systems. Searches records and files for specific data. Post entries in books of account, ledgers or other record keeping logs. Performs routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes, and form letters. Coordinates mailing, copying and other administrative projects. Maintains stock levels of supplies & brochures.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (3-5 Bullets Maximum Recommended)

High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Basic word processing and spreadsheet skillGeneral knowledge of technical and business tools.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 

Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships. Demonstrates ability to work and contribute to a team environment. Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $19.00 - $23.00 an hour plus incentives.

 

In 2024 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
