Responsibilities
Greet all members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary ServiceProvide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as requiredReach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and servicesPreparing and providing TripTik® travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materialsIssue passport photosAccept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawerMake hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination informationQualifications
Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environmentProven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goalsMust be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as requiredExperience with Microsoft Office basicsMust be available to work Monday through Friday during office hours, and Saturdays in accordance with branch requirements.Ability to travel locally when necessaryA high school diploma or GEDFor offices that offer notary services, Notary Public must be obtained within 1 YearThe starting pay range for this position is $22.00-$23.00 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
