As the Retail associate, you will support retail merchandise operations including organization, presentation, associate training and oversight, inventory management and driving sales. Ultimately, the Retail Supervisor should be knowledgeable in merchandise/retail sales, operations and equipment repairs. This position requires attention to detail, organization and an eye for presentation. Your leadership will guide staff through a safe, fun, engaging, and memorable Woodward experience.

Service Excellence

Support all established guest service standards.Knowledgeable in retail sales and ability to make appropriate suggestions to guests. Ability to apply sales techniques and implement sales strategies Maintain a well kept appearance of store and product presentation.

Inventory Management & Sales

Responsible for timely back stock replenishments.Ability to operate a point of sale system.

Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS

High school degree or equivalent preferred  Customer Service Experience Knowledge of retail operations experience Knowledge of hard goods Knowledge of merchandising techniques Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to implement ideas.Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50lbs.Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelinesMust be comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor all-season environment.Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
