Retail Site Support AR Specialist- Polish Speaking

Finance teams ensure up-to-date, reliable, accurate and transparent financial, accounting, management and statutory reports. Elaborate assets and transactions, carrying out the month end close processes and data integrity, financial statutory reports, general finance and accounting, controlling, intercompany accounting, performance reporting.

In this role You will:

Leverage deep understanding of specific key account customers, processes / systems and act as an escalation point (working with Customer Service Support Teams) of contact for any verbal or written form of enquiries from external and internal customers and third parties.Interact with partners in a professional, friendly and efficient manner and advance concerns about meeting service levels or deadlines.Establish and develop strong business relationships with relevant collaborators and internal business partners.Drive, supervise and review customer service operations for customers and businessProactively resolve customer and business issues (working with Business partners and GBS Europe Teams)Service Management & Continuous ImprovementSupport Team Leads through the escalation of critical operational / commercial and performance issues.Exhibit strong Teammate characteristics, constructive communication and active listening skills at all times.Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external collaborators to achieve individual, team and organizational targets.Support and maintain key business databases and contract management tools end-to-end in an efficient way without supervision.Support and handle contract related changes and financials at high efficiency level (key commercial activities, monthly reconciliations and reporting for the business)Handle accruals and reconciliations at month-end and year-end close for the business commercial processes and align with the finance team

What You will need to be successful:

Proficiency in English and Polish languageHigh understanding of the business requirements and strategyGood understanding of cross-service functions relating to the business commercial activities, such as finance and purchase to pay.Must demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Excel & Word) and show an intermediate level interest in CRM systems/applicationsExcellent Customer Service skills towards both internal and external partnersStrong time management and organization skillsExcellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
