Retail Sr. Executive
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and related services to the Sales Department. **Responsibilities** Sales Data Reporting & Consolidation (Retail) + Weekly/Monthly Sales & Trend Update (by stores and individual) + Monitoring Competitors Sales and Activity + Traffic Data Reporting and Management + Voice of Clients (VOC) Reporting and Issue Updates + Sales Incentive Data Update + Monthly Sales Meeting Minute + Ad hoc reporting In-store Operations Support and Vendor Management (Retail) + Valuation Report Issuance + Traffic Controller and related vendor + Monthly Expenses and Payment voucher + Temp. Staffs Operations + Store e-mail group update Client Related and Internal Communication (Retail) + Local/Oversea Selling Event and Pop-In Event and ad hoc event support + Sales Trigger activity and expense monitoring + Office cross-functional communication coordination + Monthly Working Schedule file for Office & Stores update + Monthly closing schedule of department store update Administrative and Operational support for Sales Director and Retail team **Required** + University graduate with 5+ years experiences in Sales administrative work, preferably in luxury industry + Prefer a person who is proactive and positive + Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook + Good at both written and spoken English + Very responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic to his/her job **Preferred** + Experience in international luxury industry **Job Identification** : 61105 **Job Category:** : Retail **Assignment Category** : Regular Full-time **Remote Positions** : Flexible **Professional Experience** : Minimum 5 Years Equal Opportunity Employer
