This position represents a significant opportunity to contribute to and lead our retail operations in one of our most iconic locations. 

 

Title: Retail Supervisor

Locations: 

Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, St. Augustine, Florida & The Market at Ancient City, St. Augustine, Florida.

Full Time: Days, evenings, weekends & holidays.

Probationary Period: 60 days. Full time benefits are granted based on evaluation at the end of such period.
 

Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operations of the retail store.Participating in bi-weekly retail calls with other company leadershipHandling all retail receiving, tagging, merchandising, and displaysHelping the team to keep the shops stocked, clean and in top-notch conditionMotivating, rewarding, and handling all staffing issues within the retail departmentMaintaining open communications with both the site manager and HQ retail teamEnsuring exceptional customer service standards are metDeveloping strategies to increase sales and profitabilityManaging inventory and stock levelsMaintaining visual merchandising standardsAdhering to company policies and proceduresCovering shifts

 

Requirements 

Prior retail experience with 1-3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail settingExperience working with POS systemsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and TeamsAble to bend, stoop, push, pull and lift without restrictionAbility to work independently and as part of a team
