Helping our guests make memories, whether by suggesting the perfect fly choice or suggesting a great spot to hit the river!

What will you do in this job? Assist in management of all aspects of retail operation: scheduling, ordering, inventory, stocking, merchandising, discipline, etcAssist in management of booking and execution of rental and self-guide programs including upkeep on equipment and watercraft, cleaning and organizingPotential to drive a shuttle for watercraft pick-up for self-guide (truck and trailer)Invest in retail team through coaching, training, and teachingReceive and direct shipments and ordersMaintain all store security policiesBalance cash in registers and making closing depositsMaintain store and arrange displays in an aesthetic and pleasing way to encourage salesFollow and enforce adherence to all state, federal, and company policies for sale of alcoholic beveragesOffers assistance to guests and teammates where neededBe a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties What skills and experience do you need for this job? 1-2 years retail management experience preferredKnowledge of merchandise costs, labor costs, and controlsPrevious display, merchandising, and cash register operating experienceMust be able to drive a truck with a trailer (over 21 years of age)Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a teamBe committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standardsBe organized with a great eye for detailBe kind to others and always bring your bestBe a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutionsBe helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mileBe relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve ballsBe ready to have fun!
