As a team member in our gift shops, rentals, Flash Pass and animal attractions area, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing exceptional customer service and assisting them with various aspects of their visit, including selling food for animal feeding! Your responsibilities will include helping guests with their purchases, facilitating rentals, upselling products along with ensuring your work environment is clean and safe.

Job Duties:

Responsibility for image qualityUp sell packages and programs set forth by the park.Offer suggestions to help souvenir-seeking guests find their perfect keepsakeTell shoppers about add-on accessories to increase value for the guestRe-stock bins, shelves, fixtures, and displays full with the newest and coolest merchandiseOperate Point of Sale (POS) registers, completing transactions.Check in shipments of new merchandiseKeep aisles, countertops, and displays clean and looking greatRing up everything from apparel to action figures and homemade fudgeBe on alert for store security and loss prevention Must be 16 years or older Basic computer literacy and ability to complete transactions accurately.Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shiftExcellent customer service and verbal communication skillsAble to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysStrong attention to detailAbility to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coastersAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 poundsResponsible for adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelinesResponsible for following all company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Working Conditions:

This position may require standing for extended periods and at certain locations there is exposure to outdoor weather conditions.You may work in proximity to animals, and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
