Position Overview
The Retail Territory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and coaching a team of Retail Sales Managers and their respective in-home sales consultants. The objective is to drive market share growth by ensuring the highest standards of sales performance and customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Manager will achieve territorial sales goals by mentoring and developing Sales Managers, leveraging the Pella Replacement Sales Process, and ensuring profitability through effective margin management and error reduction. Additionally, they will foster a culture of 100% “Very Satisfied” customers across their territory.
The primary duty of the Retail Territory Sales Manager (RTSM) is to develop and manage an effective network of Sales Managers. The RTSM is required to spend over 50% of their time each workweek in the field with Sales Managers and sales consultants, providing guidance on effective selling skills and strategies.
