What you can expect:
\n\tIdentify training needs of retail team, measure and evaluate training results, as well asrecommend changes to improve training eff ectiveness\n\tReview, adapt & translate if necessary, and prepare training materials in alignment withGlobal Retail Communications, Training & Development to meet local market needs\n\tWork closely with retail & HR team to implement training plans and to reinforce customerexcellence service experience and work in partnership with Global Retail Communications,Training & Development contact person to implement training strategies of the HUGO BOSSUniversity across the market\n\tCoordinate and conduct trainings of the HUGO BOSS University for all levels of employeessuch as Retail Academy, customer service & selling techniques, product, train-the-trainer,leadership, digital advisor, etc.\n\tProvide timely support and coaching to store teams at all levels\n\tObserve and coach retail employees on the store to ensure consistently high customerservice and behaviours which are demonstrated in all aspects of customer interaction\n\tMonitor and follow-up on trainings to ensure employees are equipped with skills andknowledge will be put into pratice (transfer of learning)\n\tMaintain training system & records in the Learning Management System. Produce timely &accurate reports to keep track of training eff ectiveness\n
Your profile:
\n\tDemonstrated experience of retail - ideally in fashion retail\n\tMinimum 2 years solid training and selling experience gained in retail (preferably upperpremium & lifestyle segment)\n\tExcellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills\n\tStrong organizational skills, structure work approach with attention to detail\n\tSelf-confident and positive demeanor, engaging personality in an international environment\n\tSelf-motivated, proactive, attentive to details\n\tFluent in English, C-1 level\n\tWilling to travel\n
