We are looking for an experienced Retail Training 40 hours per week  (m/f/x) to join us. Based in Madrid, Head Office.

\n\n

 

\n\n

- Previous experience inTraining 2-4 years. Must Required.

\n\n

- Highly valued fashion Retail Trainers Experience.

\n\n

- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written) C1 Advantage or higher.

\n\n

- Fluent in Spanish (Spoken and Written) C1 Advantage of higher.

\n\n

- Another language is a plus for the position. (French or German).

\n\n

- Good communication skills, empathy, communication and organizational skills.

\n\n

- High availability to travel. National and international.

 

What you can expect:

\n\tIdentify training needs of retail team, measure and evaluate training results, as well as recommend changes to improve training effectiveness.\n\tReview, adapt & translate if necessary and prepare training materials in alignment with Global Retail Communications, Training & Development to meet local market needs.\n\tWork closely with retail & HR team to implement training plans and to reinforce customer excellence service experience and work in partnership with Global Retail Communications, Training & Development contact person to  implement training strategies of the HUGO BOSS University accross the market.\n\tCoordinate and conduct training of the HUGO BOSS University for all levels of employees such as Retail Academy, customer service & selling techniques, product, train-the-trainer, leadership, digital adivsor, etc...\n\tProvide timely support amd coaching to store teams at all levels.\n\tObserve and coach retail employees on the POS to ensure consistenly high customer service and behaviours which are demostrated in all aspects of customer inteaction.\n\tMonitor and follow-up on trainings to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet retail standards and to ensure applied knowledge will be put into practice (transfer of learning)\n\tMaintain training system & records in the LMS. Produce timely&accurate reports to keep track of training effectiveness.\n\tBe a role model and provide necessary tools and techniques to make the learner´s life easier.\n\tPrepare, deliver and follow-up on training initiatives / Workshops in Spain - 100% willingness to travel.\n

 

Your profile:

• Demonstrated Experience of retail - ideally in luxury fashion retail.

\n\n

• The ideal candidate is dynamic and has a demonstrated passion for helping others to learn and grow. The candidate is a role model in customer service excellence in customer service excellence, quality execution and respectful cooperation. The candidate is flexible enough to work effectively in a team with different personalities, as well as alone. 

\n\n

• The candidate enjoys continuous learning&strives for personal growth.

\n\n

• If applicatble, degree holder in training&development or related discipline.

\n\n

• Minimum 2 years solid training and selling experience gained in retail (Preferably upper premium&lifestyle segment)

\n\n

• Excellent presentarion, communication and facilitation skills - ability to persuade.

\n\n

• Strong organizational skills, structure work approach with attention to detail.

\n\n

• Strong ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.

\n\n

• Self-motivated, proactive and independent.

\n\n

• Energetic, self-motivated and positve. Strong Commitment to customer service.

\n\n

• Mature, organized and atttive to details.

\n\n

• Fluent in English C1 - Advantage and preferable as a second language (spoken and written).

\n\n

• Ability to work independtly and collaboratively in a team, solution-oriented approach, effective time management.

\n\n

• Self-confident and positive demeanor, engaging personality in an international environment.
