Key Responsibilities
Training conduction and organization
Product: Coordinate and conduct Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter seasonal and special products training with tight follow up Brand Culture: Deliver induction training for new joiners and opening new store. Service skills: Lead and conduct service skills training based on the service excellence visits (SEV) evaluation; and to enhance service gesture and communication skills for the store teamsTraining materials and administration
Customize training materials from headquarter to suit stores’ needs Assist to design and develop training programs for both remote and classroom training Administrate and keep track the usage of the e-learning platform Assist all logistics of different training and keep track on training record Support the coordination and organization of seminarsCX (Customer Experience)
Support in-store animations by preparing the team with necessary product knowledge Drive and support different CX initiatives with CRM and store teams Provide service skills support related to special launches and specific products to enhance CXPerformance expectations
Ensure timely execution of the training curriculum in the region Build knowledge and develop strong service and communication skills for the frontline sales associates Close interaction and follow up with the stores on different training programs Innovate and foster self-development Work autonomously and proactivelyRequirements & Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or any related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ retail training practice experience in luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewelry, and watch retailing industry or in similar capacity. Working experience in front line, hospitality or service industry is an added advantage. Proficient in MS office, especially power point. Video editing skills will be an added advantage. Possess following character traits: Responsible, energetic, self-motivated, takes initiative, fast learner, skilled communicator, good interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task. Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, additional language proficiency on Japanese and or French is an added advantage. Frequent travelling is part of the role
