Coordinating and preparing work aligned with the supply and demand plan and production scheduleInspect raw materials and verify product labeling to ensure accuracy and qualityWeighing, packing and labeling candy products as determined by printed work orders and/or component statementsDocumenting completed work orders and recording finished goods build dataRoutine inventory auditsOperating forkliftUnderstanding and adhering to all Cargill safety rules and regulationsUse of scanners and computer as necessaryMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentInteracting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvementCollaborate during high volume peak with different departmentsOther duties as assignedRequirements:
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production warehouse facilityAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to operate machinery and/or light industrial equipment with or without reasonable accommodationExperience in a production environmentAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
