Retail Workforce Management Analyst

What You’ll Do:

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the workforce management team in an analytical capacity, ensuring timely reporting, analysis, critical thinking, to support our retail organization.

Analyze payroll performance across stores, including: scheduling compliance, expense management, hours allocation, traffic to hours relationship and overall business trendsAssist with strategic initiatives, analysis, and maintenance of our retail labor model, in an effort to manage expense while driving top line salesWork with existing team in an effort to build and maintain tools which serve to automate elements of the labor model, such as: budgeting and forecasting, labor hours modeling, in-store labor management tools.Serve as the point person for the Retail Stores & Field Leaders for resolution of day-to-day issuesMaintain, create and analyze various existing reportsAssist with the management of Incentive Pay, inclusive of commission, bonus, and contests. This includes administration of our incentive pay system, as well coordination with our payroll partnersWork in close partnership with Field Leadership team to help identify payroll and scheduling opportunities and further develop training programs.Work in close partnership with Finance and HR Teams in support of various initiatives as they relate to workforce management function

You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s Degree2-4 years of corporate-level retail operations or financial analysis experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; ability to engineer complex solutions in excel or otherAbility to travel to retail locations, as needed (mostly local)

We’d Love to See:

Familiar with Ceridian Dayforce or other workforce management toolExperience with Microstrategy or other BI toolsPositive attitude, high level of intellectual curiosity combined with a ‘results-driven’ mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range: 

$60,000.00-$100,000.00
