In this role, you'll work primarily with big box retail stores in your local market, ensuring that store displays and installations are top-notch, daily. This position offers a clear weekly schedule while performing critical merchandising and installation tasks that keep a key retail partner running smoothly.

Merchandising & Display Setup:
Execute retailer-sponsored merchandising tasks, including complex interactive display setups, AV support, and the installation of product security devicesSet planograms, install signage, and implement new display technologies in storesPerform installations for store remodels, vendor-supported activities, decommissions, and disaster recovery effortsEnsure all displays and store environments are ready for business each dayInstallation & Technical Support:
Install complex built-in appliances in kitchen displays, home entertainment displays, and computing displays, following specific guidelines to ensure proper setupProvide basic and intermediate functionality support on all store interactive displays, ensuring they operate smoothly for customersReview all work with store management and operations team ensuring installations meet retailer store environment standardsReporting & Process Improvement
Regularly report on merchandising activities, including stock levels, sales performance, and customer feedbackContinuously evaluate merchandising processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall impact on sales and customer experienceQualifications:
Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation3 months of demonstrated merchandising, technical, or functionality support skillsAbility to safely use small hand tools, light-duty power tools, and other in-house equipmentAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesProven ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essentialExperience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to enhance merchandising effectivenessMust have a smartphone capable of taking photos, resizing them, and uploading them as requiredAble to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodationComfortable working in multiple retailer systems to print signs, order parts, and review planogramsPhysical Requirements:
