What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Handles inbound customer calls and processes collection leads using outbound dialer system during scheduled hours, providing an excellent customer experience
Identifies and educates customers about the benefits of their services along with providing the additional benefits they have above and beyond what features they are using
Retains customers by providing and reiterating the value and benefits of their services along with assisting the client with other solutions that will meet their needs
Achieves monthly collection targets, including sales and revenue objectives, productivity related targets, quality targets, average handle time, log in time, available time, schedule adherence, Service Request closures and quality measures
Configures and troubleshoots basic errors with domain names and associated products.
Remains fully aware of the availability of all company products, including, but not limited to domain name, email, and hosting.
Efficiently handles business critical issues for customers
Remains fully aware of the availability of all company domain related products including but not limited to the following: domain names, private registration, and web forwarding, and such products as email, hosting, website packages, and search optimization products so that every opportunity to meet our customer's needs is taken
Uses all proprietary database, web and telephony tools effectively, reporting faults to helpdesk or supervisors as soon as they occur
Makes continuous improvement suggestions related to systems and process via CRM tool
Accesses, uses or discloses customer information only when needed to perform duties
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Preferably with Customer Service experience and Sales experience
Must have demonstrated basic understanding and knowledge of internet principles, terminology, and functionality
Preferably with knowledge in web hosting
Must have Typing skills of 30wpm
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have good customer retention skills
