Element, a leading player within the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector are looking to appoint at our High Wycombe facilty an experienced finance Retention Manager. This role is to manage both our short and long term customer base to increase revenue and minimise withdrawals. Responsibilities Manage long-and short-term customer development and retention plans Taking accountability for the customer journey and actively engaging with customers to improve the “customer experience”Working closely with the operations team and managers to ensure that customer queries are responded too in a timely manner and when appropriate escalated to management for resolutionCollaborate with relevant teams to identify new and modify existing tactics to improve customer retention performanceMaintain a significant level of knowledge of competitive issues, individual, team and office performance and marketing strategiesTrain, coach and develop operations client co-ordinators and leaders effectivelyProvide frequent feedback to the Senior Management Team on employee and team performanceRegularly review client contracts and provide clients with perspective on the value of services providedTo manage and ensure delivery of the audit programmes for Key Clients and identify opportunities for account growthProvide monthly performance reports to the Senior Management Team Skills / Qualifications

Educated to at least A level standard or qualified by experience

Have excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a customer service environment

Good computer skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and some knowledge of customer databases

Strong communication skills and presentation skills Ability to assess to respond to all client requirements in an appropriate mannerExcellent rapport builder with excellent interpersonal insight and understanding of others helping to forge effective working relationshipsEffectively manages own time and that of othersDemonstrate leadership and motivational qualities and skillsService orientationPersistent and highly organisedHybrid role, 2 to 3 days per week at our High Wycombe location
