What you’ll own  

 

This role leads a group of advisors that strive to make a positive revenue impact across our Worldpay for Business space while providing merchants a best-in-class customer experience.  

You will: 

Provide leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring. 

Monitor staff performance, work with employees to implement goals and document progress, approves incentive compensation calculations and works with Human Resources on employee related issues. 

Responsible for activities involved in selling products and/or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. 

Participate in establishing financial goals, objectives and measurements to meet growth and retention targets. 

Develop plans, goals, strategies and objectives to achieve team goals and revenue objectives. 

Ensure development and maintenance of long-term relationships with client base. 

Partner with analysts and support staff to ensure that all team needs are met.

Where you’ll own it 

 

You’ll own it in our modern Cincinnati office hub. We have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.   

 

 

What you bring 

 

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. 

5+ years in financial services. 

General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices. 

Computer Skills- Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce. 

Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills. 

Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements, 

Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure. 

Demonstrated skill in productivity, planning and workload management. 

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner. 

Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations. 

Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues.
