We're seeking an experienced Retention Program Manager to drive the success of our retention initiatives within the Retention & Growth organization. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to enhance seller satisfaction, reduce attrition, and maintain a healthy marketplace ecosystem in Brazil.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement preventive strategies to identify and support sellers at risk;
- Build and optimize recovery programs to re-engage suspended or inactive sellers;
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis ('Deep Dives') to identify and evaluate seller retention patterns across various sellers' segments, developing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance seller performance and reduce churn rates;
- Develop data-driven frameworks to measure and improve seller satisfaction;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address systematic seller pain points;
- Create and maintain scalable processes for early risk detection and intervention.
