Retention Solutions Closing Specialist

As a Retention Solutions Closing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for completing loss mitigation workouts in a manner that complies with all investor guidelines, regulatory and compliance rules, and the policy and procedures of the company.  You’ll finalize note modifications in our system of record and work with various partners and vendors to obtain loan documentation for underwriting and closing loss mitigation files.

About the Role

Coordinate with internal and external business partners to provide the best possible closing experience for our clients.Provide accurate data to investors and internal business partners to properly move loans through the closing parameters.Manual document generation, from initial preparation through the recording process.Responsible for the maintenance and closing of files through various third-party investor sites.Responsible for researching, responding, and remediating escalated situations from various internal and external sources.Responsible for manually tracking various compliance dates and timers that fall out of normal automation tracking.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

3 years of mortgage servicing experienceProficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteExperience using mortgage servicing software

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of default mortgage servicing experience
