Work hours: Full Time, 40 Hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Here’s What You Need
• Three years in healthcare marketing/communications, operations, administration, pharmaceutical or retail sales or related area with Bachelor’s degree required or
• One year in healthcare marketing/communications, operations, administration, pharmaceutical or retail sales or related area with Master’s degree required
• Hospital experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to self-motivate
• Advanced problem-solving skills related to customer service or business issues
What You Will Do
· Actively develops/maintains relationships with key physicians on staff as well as their office staff to ensure loyalty and engagement with the entity
· Works in cooperation with system Internal Stakeholder Communications department and entity leadership to implement new communication strategies designed to effectively communicate prioritized messages to key physician groups
· Collaborate with entity leadership and others in the development of communication pieces in support of entity initiatives
· Provides open communication with entity leadership to identify opportunities and communicates improvements to physicians and their office staff
· Actively monitor physician engagement and retention. Collaborates with leadership to develop physician engagement and communications plan to improve results of physician satisfaction
· Plans/coordinates physician engagement and recognition events (ie Doctor’s Day, Networking Events, Office Manager Luncheons) as well as assists in orienting new physicians
· Prepare and present monthly reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and obstacles to the fulfillment of key clinical service lines goals and objectives
