Your Typical Day:

As a Retention Specialist, you will be identifying at-risk users based on specific metrics (reduced login frequency, feature inactivity) and proactively reach out to understand their challenges.  For example, issues with account creation and payment related queries. You will follow all existing and new processes to serve the customer, increasing customer experience and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

What You Need:

Fluency in Romanian, both written and verbal

Good command of English, both written and verbal

Excellent communication skills

Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Previous experience in a customer service center or in a sales position is an advantage
