Coach Retention agents to success through daily side by sides, huddles and monthly 1:1 coaching sessions.Construct and implement unique retention ideas to improve the overall retention of our customers.Help build, develop, and monitor KPI’s around monthly goals.Deliver performance reviews for direct reports.Work with the recruiting team to effectively hire new team members.Adhere to the 5 Leader Best Practices- Be intentionally Enthusiastic, discuss development monthly, review previous day results, know systems and process better than those you support and spend more team with team then not.What you offer us:
