Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:   Administer the 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) retirement plans throughout LifeBridge Health.  Support the ongoing Executive Benefit plans by partnering with vendors, LifeBridge Health finance department, and senior leadership.  Liaison with Shared Services and site Human Resources to provide program information and respond to employee inquiries.   Essential Functions:   Retirement Programs: Administer 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) plans for LifeBridge Health. Partner with Information Services, HRIS, and service providers to ensure smooth operation of all retirement plans. Reconcile weekly deduction files from payroll system and research any variances. Coordinate virtual and onsite visits for service providers. Assist site HR and plan participants with complex retirement plan issues. Work with internal and external partners to complete annual required plan audits. Other responsibilities as required. Executive Benefits: Support the ongoing Executive Benefit plans for LifeBridge Health. Administer Executive Benefit program for full-time executives and eligible physicians. Provide support to vendor for contribution and distribution of funds, and to ensure records are kept current. Partner with LifeBridge Health finance department and senior leadership. Consult with prospective and existing plan participants. Other responsibilities as required. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:  Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field 5-7 years of experience
