Title: Retirement Plan Services Group – Plan Implementation Specialist

Location: Hybrid – Kansas City, MO or Braintree, MA - ONLY

The Plan Implementation Specialist is responsible for all new plans received from the point of sale through the transition to existing business account managers across multiple clients. This includes coordinating all activities with Plan Sponsors, Third Party Administrators, Broker/Agents, Institutional clients and internal groups. The Implementation Specialist is the main point of contact throughout the entire implementation process for all parties; maintaining a detailed project plan that highlights milestones and target date, providing superior pro-active client service.

What You Will Get To Do:

Manage all aspects of the installation process for bundled and unbundled conversion and startup plansManage a detailed project plan documenting each task with a target date; highlighting major milestones and managing that timelineMaintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon timeframes according to contractual benchmarksWork collaboratively with management and internal teams to ensure timely and successful transitionsDocument Plan Implementation project requirements, notes and other critical information to be shared with relevant business unitsEstablish effective communications and change management activities for plan sponsors, Third Party Administrators, advisers and clients

The Impact You Will Make:

Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in financial services or similar environment and 1-2 years project managementKnowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping and of retirement plan products and servicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving critical thinking skills; ability to analyze data and take actionCareer-oriented, highly motivated self-starterAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent time management with strong organizational skillsProject Management SkillsStrong Customer Service orientationAble to work onsite 6 days per month in the local office, per hybrid work policy.
