We're looking for someone with these interests who can:
• support the ongoing investment governance processes required to manage UBS’s defined contribution retirement plan advisory programs: Retirement Plan Manager, Retirement Plan Advisor, and Retirement Plan Consulting Services
• engage with investment research analysts and other stakeholders to assist in the preparation of materials for review by the Institutional & Retirement Plan Consulting Investment Committee in support of the retirement plan advisory programs
• document investment governance processes in a thorough and organized manner
• support the management and execution of projects and key deliverables, relating to enhancements for UBS's defined contribution plan investment reporting capabilities for retirement plan advisory programs, with vendors and key stakeholders
• maintain resources and tools for consultants and clients designed to support more robust, scalable and consistent investment reviews
• support the investment governance team’s contact for day-to-day management of UBS retirement plan advisory programs responding to investment related inquiries from financial advisors and sales team
• partner with the broader WWS Retirement Plan Services team to support effective management of the retirement plan advisory programs and drive key program initiatives
• support the investment governance team’s collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Supervision, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Technology, external vendors) regarding program related issues and activities
