Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Creating the strategic plan for delivering sales growth in allocated sales territory. + Driving local Regional Sales team to work in-line with the strategic plan and to identify opportunities and drive through to order award. + Responsible for RFC for nominated sales territory and ensuring that RFC is met monthly. + Responsible for driving initiatives within nominated sales territory to promote the identification of retrofit and re-rate opportunities such as Technical Forums, etc. + Acting as main contact for all sales related activities for nominated customers. + Support the Retrofit Sales Director with development of the Mid-Range Plan. + Ensure that effective client contact, relationship building, and management processes are in place to positively influence the client and create a pre-disposition to view Sulzer as the preferred source of supply. + Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies, especially in relation to the retrofit and re-rate business. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Bachelor Degree of Mechanical engineering. + 10-15 years’ experience. + strong technical background/ expertise, particularly on retrofit of pumps and other Rotating Equipment. + Experience of implementing sales strategy. + Strong Knowledge of retrofit re-rate sales. + Financial/budget management. **What we offer you:** + Annual vacation of (21) days. + We offer excellent opportunities to develop, along with a competitive salary and company bonus scheme. + Great environment, etc. + **Work Location: The position is based in Al Khobar, KSA, with the ideal candidate responsible for KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, and Egypt.
