Return to Work Program – Bengaluru

At Morgan Stanley, we see great potential in experienced professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to return to the workforce. Morgan Stanley’s 16-week paid Return to Work program is based at the firm’s Mumbai office and will run from March to May 2025.

Whether you’ve stepped away for personal reasons, professional development, or simply to recharge, our 16-week Return to Work program offers a unique opportunity that empowers you to reintegrate into the work force. Requirement :

• Currently on a career break of at least two years (please note: the two-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2025, the projected program start date)
• Interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
• Should have minimum 5 yrs of corporate experience
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
