This paid program is designed for talented professionals who've had a career break of at least 6 Months and are eager to make a comeback. Contract Duration: 3 months Eligibility: Open to candidates currently not employed Requirements: Previous relevant experience in cloud support is essential The role The Cloud Expert is responsible for managing the pre-sales operations tasks. This role is key to ensuring SoftwareONE can maintain our overall customer experience by providing cloud publisher expertise and enabling the sales team to focus on their core selling activities. Act as a customer-facing resource for sales activities, maintaining knowledge of publisher services and solutions. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on publisher products, licensing, and hyperscaler programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google). Handle customer quoting, pricing, and delivery inquiries with a research-driven approach. Support sales teams and customers by resolving pre- and post-sales queries and providing commercial onboarding solutions. Prepare renewals, True-up, and discount proposals while continuously improving customer experience Experience: Associate degree or university certification from an accredited institution. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence stakeholders. Publisher Knowledge on Microsoft, AWS or/and Google (preferable) Additional Language knowledge would also be an added advantage possess. Should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames as an individual contributor What we need to see from you A career break of at least 6months and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce. Prior experience and specialization in a relevant field. The ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and tools. Proactive motivation and a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
