Returns Associate Our Returns Associates have primary responsibility for research and resolution of all returns to Lippert including providing recommendations to Customers. This role will act as a liaison between all departments involved with a return including customer service, warehouse, sales and accounting. In addition, the Returns Associate will hold the responsibility of resolving any issues our customer might face with returns and ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities: Receive return requests and works with both customer and/or warehouse staff to ensure timeliness of return completion in accordance with Lippert service, quality, and efficiency standards Conduct product returns through determining what type of return the item will be classified as, with also specifying customer or manufacturing error Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Managers, and Accounts Receivable to research and resolve issues related to reason for return i.e. shipping damage, warranty, etc. Research and follow up on customer inquiries, questions or problems to ensure satisfactory completion of returns Forward any technical inquiries to Engineering Technical Support Process improvements for efficiency, quality and output Miscellaneous office duties such as typing, copying, scanning and filing Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Work Experience: 1 year of experience working within a Customer Service call center environment Education: High School Diploma Automotive knowledge: Basic understanding of Motor Vehicle design and branding Computer Skills: Computer skills essential, AS 400, Microsoft Office Suites Preferred Education and Experience: 2 yr degree in a related field 2 yrs Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment Travel: Travel will be minimal to none Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
