The Warehouse Returns Specialist will handle various warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, loading, and unloading products. What We Offer Pay of $16 per hour First Shift | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Relevant experience in distribution center operations, with a preference for experience in catalog, internet, or apparel businesses Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including daily and weekend overtime, as needed to support business demands Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment, including order fulfillment and inventory management Ability to effectively understand job requests, complete tasks with a friendly and service-oriented approach, and ensure customer satisfaction Experience operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other essential tools Familiarity with 3rd-party omnichannel environments, including shipping to wholesalers, retail stores, and e-commerce fulfillment centers Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds repeatedly Capable of seeing, speaking, and hearing effectively in a warehouse setting to maintain a safe work environment What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Returns Specialist Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping Process warehouse stock products by picking, unloading, labeling, and storing items Conduct inventory controls to maintain accuracy and uphold quality standards for audits Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while optimizing space utilization Report any discrepancies or issues promptly as needed Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment Adhere to quality service standards and ensure compliance with all procedures, rules, and regulations Accurately process, pack, and ship orders Manage all return department processes, including mail sorting, package opening, materials handling, product refurbishing, restocking, and vendor returns Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
