Rev Cycle Project Manager – Rev Cycle PMO — Corporate – Full Time (Remote)

The Project Manager manages and coordinates quality and performance improvement programs. The Project Manager aligns with Executive Operating Committee's prioritization of Strategic Programs that align with the Strategic Imperatives.  The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the organization wide quality improvement plan and facilitating improvement utilizing improvement science and associated tools in the organization. The Project Manager analyzes, aggregates, trends and reports data intra and interdepartmentally.  Data analysis includes, but is not limited to: occurrence reports, disease specific registries, dashboard metrics and other process and outcomes measures, as needed.  The Project Manager acts as single point of contact for various departments to ensure coordination among the departments and maintain overall responsibility for project deliverables while upholding project management standards and best practices.  The Project Manager participates or leads other project teams to implement significant quality improvements and identifies and evaluates process gaps and recommends changes for improvement.

Education

Required - Bachelor’s degree 


Work Experience
Required - 5 years relevant experience including three years supervisory or project management experience.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard (proficiency in various office software packages, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).Excellent judgment, decision-making, delegating and leadership skills.Analytical skills and logical through process in order to formulate practical solutions to problems.Positive interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively and professionally work with people from all backgrounds.May require ability to travel throughout and between facililies.May require ability to work variable schedule, such as nights, evenings, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, etc.
