About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Acceleration Specialist to join our Research Revenue Acceleration, Process, and Tools Team. In this role, you will support the optimisation and execution of transformational agreements and ensure data integrity across systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to scaling high-impact sales operations and drive revenue growth in Wiley’s Strategic segment.
The successful candidate will combine strong operational insight, process improvement capabilities, and system knowledge to enhance workflow efficiency, improve cross-functional coordination, and support accurate forecasting.
How you will make an impact:
Transformational Agreements Operations Management:
Manage exception workflows to reduce processing delaysImprove coordination between teams for efficient TA implementationStandardise and document operational processes to enable scalabilityManage SteerCo calendar, coordinate meetings, and maintain proposal documents, including meeting notesEnsure alignment between contractual requirements and operational deliveryAttend and support APAC Steering Committee meetingsRevises and updates key documentation on a regular basisWorks with Operations, Content Management, Customer Success, and others, to identify and resolve issues, escalating as appropriateRevises and updates processes on a regular basis.Pipeline Analytics:
Provide data analysis and reporting to support sales forecastingTrack performance metrics and identify opportunities for pipeline optimisationMonitor and reinforce accurate sales stage classification within CRMSupport Sales Operations Analyst to ensure approved models match CRM dataProcess Implementation:
Develop and deliver process training in collaboration with EnablementAct as subject matter expert for system configurations linked to new processesCreate best practice documentation to accelerate onboarding and team adoptionCreate and own the customer proposal documents working in collaboration with Publishing & Marketing teamsAssist with coordination of the assets for the 8 critical FY26 TA RenegotiationsWe are looking for people who have/are:
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, or related fieldA strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detailProficiency in Excel; experience using Power BI and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)Understanding of revenue operations, sales pipelines, and business processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProject management and process improvement experienceAbility to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical solutionsSalary Range:
