Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Accountant in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part of our team, you will be involved in various accounting functions, auditing, and billing functions, with a primary focus on managing debits, credits, and financial reporting. Responsibilities • Handling various accounting functions to maintain financial stability • Utilizing NetSuite for efficient account management • Overseeing the management of debits and credits in accounts • Conducting month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger • Performing balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records • Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensuring timely collection • Conducting regular audits to ensure financial compliance • Managing billing functions and resolving any related issues Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Revenue Accountant role or similar position • Proficiency in Accounting Functions and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience with Accrual Accounting is required • Proven ability in Auditing processes and procedures • Familiarity with Billing Functions is essential • Must have experience with NetSuite accounting software • Solid understanding of General Ledger operations • Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation is necessary • Proficient in Journal Entry preparation and review Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
