ActivitiesNon-operated and Operated properties
Oversee recording of non-operated revenue for TEEP SW Texas.Ensure that Operator’s Revenue statements are recorded properly across all wells in the system based on company’s share.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of check requests for payment: Monthly: ORRI payments, Severance tax, Royalties, ONRR billings and others as needed.Monthly Reporting
Ensure accurate production volumes, sales volumes, pricing, severance tax, oil stock variation, transportation. expense, and marketing fees for YTD actual and forecast reporting.Oversee Revenue monthly accrual process for production, sales volumes, prices and revenue.Process and monitor regulatory filing for state and federal royalty and production reporting.Ensure adherence to Group guidelines for revenue accounting.Ensure data needed for Galaxy is sent in a timely and accurate manner.Quarterly Reporting
Ensure accuracy of quarterly reporting required by the Group.General
Provide support as needed.Ensure account reconciliations for revenue accounting team are completed monthly.Other
Experience setting up revenue division of interest, ownership transfer and redistributions.Manage volume allocations for producing wells.Provide data as necessary for tax, audit and various internal departments.Ad hoc Requests. Candidate ProfileQualifications:
Education: BBA in Accounting or equivalent experience.Experience:Minimum experience of 5 years in Accounting/Finance roles, preferably with Oil and Gas industry experience.Skills:Knowledge and understanding of revenue accounting, state and federal regulatory reporting.Ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organization, good communication skills.Good knowledge and understanding of SAP, OGSYS, and Advanced Excel skills.
