Promoting Team work: Effectively co-ordinate with various teams to timely resolve, manage operation related issues.

 

 

6.Coaching: Work effectively with the TL to identify process improvements and to implement them

 

 

7.Ownership and Personal Drive, Influencing, Building Customer Relationships

 

Experience: 10+ Years Experience (BPO experience preferred)

 

 

Required Skills

- Ability to set strategy

- Have effective communication skills

- Possess Process management skills

- Good customer focused skills

- Order to cash process experience preferred

 

Qualification: Minimum B.com.
