Revenue AgentTransdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Revenue Agent. The Revenue Agent collects electronic revenue data from fareboxes.  Removes, empties, and replaces cash boxes.  Keep accurate records of all buses processed. Transdev is proud to offer: • Competitive compensation package of $17.34/hr Benefits include:• Paid Vacation, Sick Time and Holidays.• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Key Responsibilities: • Operates computer on menu driven program to electronically collect revenue data.• Pulls cash boxes and empties contents into cash receiver.  • Checks cash boxes for needed repair and reports to Electronic Technician.• Reinstalls repaired cash boxes into proper buses.  Logs probe time and any irregularities (i.e. No Probes) on the Daily Revenue Attendant report.• Follows established procedures to maintain security of all revenue facilities.• Helps keep work area and vehicles clean.  Works varied hours, days and shifts in the outdoors• Other duties as required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent.• Must be able to work in a secured, confined area, requiring working outdoors and varied hours, days and shifts.• Must be able to work in a multi-departmental team environment• Must be able to understand and comprehend farebox operations• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Physical Requirements:The essential functions of this position require the ability to:• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level• Because this position may require operation of company vehicles, valid Class D Arizona drivers’ license and excellent motor vehicle record must be maintained. Drug-free workplace:Transdev maintains a drug-free workplace.
