RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively root cause payment problems and assist with negotiating resolution to accelerate cash conversion of customer receivables.
• Establish internal and external customer relationships to leverage and drive results.
• Meet goals set for established KPIs in A/R delinquency and cash forecast delivery.
• Support multiple business lines of accounts with varying complexity and size/volume for assigned portfolio and risk assessment for global customer base.
• Collaborate with others in the organization in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process stream to drive best in class performance.
• Develop understanding of customer processes/requirements in assigned portfolio as well as current IQVIA processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge of finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Advanced problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial ownership of results, with emphasis on customer centricity.
• Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work stream requirements to meet deadlines/achieve goals.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and customers.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree with at least 1+ years of experience in B2B Credit, Customer Service, Marketing or Financial Services; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
